There is a new face in the Tennis South Africa head office in Centurion.....Tucker Vorster.

The KIA SA Davis Cup Team member is spending the next few months at the Federation, learning about the administrative side of the sport.

Tucker revealed more about his involvement at TSA: "I have not retired, I am just taking a bit of a break from tennis. I have always been interested in the business side of the sport and what goes on behind the scenes. So I have got involved to learn more and see if it is something I want to take further."

Richard Glover, CEO of TSA, added: "Over the next few months, we are going to expose Tucker to many different aspects of the Federation, give him some valuable work experience and see how it goes. He has already impressed us with his positive, 'can do', attitude and has quickly become a popular member of staff."

Whilst at TSA, Tucker will be working on getting his coaching qualifications, will be getting involved with the junior high performance programme and will be part of the project team rolling out beach tennis in South Africa.
