The 2017 African Junior Team Championships, in Tunisia, proved to be a tough learning experience for our junior national teams as they struggled to get to to grips with playing on clay - a surface unfamiliar to most South Africans.
Our girls U14 and boys U16 teams both finished in third place, in their respective age groups, agonisingly close to the top two positions. Meanwhile our girls U16 team finished fourth in their age group.
